Profoscope+ Rebar Locator and Cover Meter w/ Software

The Profoscope+ is a fully integrated rebar locator with data storage. To increase the efficiency on the construction site this enhancement of the Profoscope not only offers real time visualization of rebars, but also automatic data collection. Writing down measuring results of testing series is a time consuming business that can be an unnecessary source of errors. The various data storage modes of the reber locator Profoscope+ make note taking obsolete. This cordless rebar detector is ideally suited for one-handed operations, keeping the other hand free for marking rebars.

The memory function of the rebar locator Profoscsope+ supports two different modes of operation: The manual data storage allows the user to save concrete cover and rebar diameter on individually chosen spots. The automatic data storage is especially designed for surface scans. Every time a rebar is detected, the cover value is stored automatically.

ProfoLink Software
The included Windows based software ProfoLink offers the possibility to comfortably download, edit and present the data measured by the Profoscope+. Data exchange can be done easily by connecting the rebar locator Profoscope+ directly to the USB-port of the PC or by reading out the integrated Micro SD memory card.

Profometer 5 Rebar Locator

The H-2981 Rebar Locator features a universal probe that allows you to measure both shallow and deep ranges at the push of a button. This gauge will locate, size and show bar orientation, as well as indicate concrete cover. In areas where adjacent and parallel bars effect readings, the operation can include a correction to isolate bars for more accurate diameter determinations. The operator can also include a correction factor for determining cover depth in congested bar arrangements. The H-2981 includes several optical and acoustical locating aids, one of which is a variable tone level that can be heard over the internal loudspeaker or on a headset. Highly accurate measurements and single-probe design makes this rebar locator an easy-to-use workhorse. Includes processing and report generation software. Conforms to ACI 318, BS 1881 Part 204.

Rebar Locator/Half Cell Meter

The H-2973 Covermeter with half cell capability is designed to meet all your surveying needs with one gauge. It will locate, size and show bar orientation, as well as indicate concrete cover. In addition, the gauge can also accept a half cell attachment, which indicates signs and severity of rebar corrosion. Sold without a head, The H-2973 offers a choice of head selections, which are easily interchangeable and automatically recognized by the unit. It can also accept a borehole probe attachment that allows you to locate tendon ducts and deep rebar locations. If your surveying goes beyond location and cover to include corrosion, the H-2973 is a great single gauge solution. The unit includes: concrete covermeter with head connecting cable, rechargeable battery pack and battery charger, earphone, shoulder strap, CD containing EDTS+ software and CoverMaster® software, data transfer cable, plastic carrying case and operating instructions. MKIII Rebar Locator

The H-2974 Rebar Locator is the digital version of a classic rebar locator, rebar finder, which enables the user to locate reinforcement bars and determine their location and size. This gauge uses a single sensor for all depth ranges and can determine bar size with the use of the included spacer block. The unit can statistically analyze data, searching automatically for minimum cover points, and the least cover of a group of points. Cover points can be displayed as a symbolic map of a structure to assist the user in finding problematic areas. Built in memory can store over 80 thousand individual data points for processing and the LCD can be changed to daylight mode for easier viewing in bright sunlight. The optional scan cart and software can be used to graphically display a cross section of the concrete and the location of the metal objects within. With its built in encoder objects can be located with both distance and depth recorded. Basic unit includes: rebar locator, probe with 8 foot cable, spacer block, sizing template, charger, and headphones. Conforms to ACI 318, BS 1881 Part 204.

The H-2982 ScanLog system improves on the H-2981 with the Cyberscan function to visualize reinforcing bars on the display, a “measuring with grid” function for grayscale display of concrete cover and the ScanCar probe cart with integrated path measuring device for scanning.

Plus 120 Rebar Locator

Easy-to-use and inexpensive rebar locator can be used to accurately determine rebar location and direction before coring and drilling applications. Mini R Rebar Locator
