Digital Thermometer can be calibrated and is both NSF and CE mark certified. Provides a wide temperature range of -40 to 450°F (-40 to 232°C) Includes rapid response Quick-Tip for fast temperature response. Thermometer has waterproof stainless steel body and probe. Maximum temperature memory and data hold so you don't lose the reading after removing the thermometer from test material.

Temperature range is: -40° to 450°F (-40° to 232°C), ±2°F (±1°C).
Fast response digital pocket test, with 0.1° resolution on easy to read 0.25" (6.4 mm) high LCD displays and a 5" (27 mm) stem length. Thermistor sensors are located in the probe tip for quick, response time and accurate readings. Thermometer has maximum temperature memory; auto shutoff is field calibratable, waterproof, and, comes with a spare battery.

Direct-reading, all-metal dial thermometers for general use include °F and °C scales. Units have bi-metal element in 8" long x 0.15" dial (203 x 4mm) stainless steel stem that actuate pointer over graduated dial. Dial face is 1-3/4" (45mm) dia. External adjustment allows recalibration.
