Heavy-duty, 200lb. (90.7 kg) capacity shelf design, excellent temperature stability and uniformity performance, digital PID control system. Thermolyne heavy-duty ovens are designed for today's material testing laboratory. The horizontal airflow of the oven results in excellent temperature stability and uniformity performance. These large capacity ovens are able to take on big heavy loads. The heavyduty shelves are designed to hold up to 200 lbs. (90.7kg) each.

A digital PID controller allows for precise temperature control. As the temperature nears the setpoint, the controller maintains the maximum heat-up rate without overshooting. Using this type of temperature control provides the stability and uniformity necessary to meet the most demanding procedures. Built-in hydraulic controlled over-temperature protection ensures that the oven temperature does not exceed the preset limits. To meet the latest industry standards, the ovens feature a temperature uniformity of ±3°C at 150°C and a temperature range of +10° above ambient to 250°C.
