Thermistor sensors are located in the probe tip for quick, response time and accurate readings. Thermometer has maximum temperature memory; auto shutoff, waterproof, and, comes with a spare battery. Guaranteed accurate for life, which means no need for field calibration to be performed and no risk of introducing error into the instrument.
