Grout Prism Liners & Spacers

Grout Prism Liners utilize a thin corrugated cardboard with a proven slotted surface, allowing moisture to pass through to the block. They feature interlocking tabs that offer foolproof assembly and ensure a truly square shape. They consistently yield specimens with precise geometry and prevent specimens from adhering to the block. The modular design allows for fast setup of the C1019 pinwheel forming method. The durable, reusable, and easy-to-clean Grout Prism Spacer is manufactured from a rigid, non-absorbent plastic and is non-reactive to grout constituents. Pre-assembled Grout Prism Liner (3-1/2 “ square x 7-3/4” high) with the 3/4” plastic Prism Spacer forms a consistent 2:1 length to width ratio. The spacer also keeps the liner square and properly aligned while assembling bthe lock mold. The thickness allows the specimen to be the correct height.
