Maturity Meters for Fresh Concrete Testing
Humboldt Concrete Maturity Sensor System
This Maturity Sensor System provides a wireless and reusable method for tracking maturity
SmartRock™, Wireless Maturity Sensors
SmartRock™ is the world’s leading wireless sensor for monitoring concrete curing and hardening.
Smart Rock², Wireless Maturity Sensor
Rugged, mobile app-based wireless sensor for monitoring the temperature of concrete from fresh to hardened
Multi-Channel Maturity Meter Set
Digital unit gives maturity number calculation, instant readout and temperature history.
Rechargeable Multi-Channel Meter Set
Same as H-2680 except that a rechargeable nickel-cadmium battery is used.
Maturity testing is specifically defined as the relationship between concrete temperature, time and strength gain and represented by an index that can be measured in the field in real time.
The maturity method of concrete testing usually does not require as much field-testing of specimens like beams and cylinders, which do not necessarily show the actual pavement strength. Another big advantage of maturity testing is that it can allow pavement to be opened to traffic quickly and for fast-track projects.
The Smart Rock2 mobile app-based wireless sensors and multi-channel maturity meters reliably measure concrete maturity, and are ASTM C1074 compliant. If you have questions or need help selecting equipment, please call us at 1.800.544.7220 or use our Ask Humboldt form.
