5000 Series Machines:

  1. Turn machine on.
  2. Press the Home button at top-left.
  3. Select SYSTEM SETTINGS.
  4. Select INFORMATION.
  5. The firmware version information is located under the label ‘Firmware version’.

3000 Series Machines:

(HM-3000, HM-2800, HM-2325A, HM-2330D, HM-2560, HM-2750A, HM-2750D, HM-4156, or HM-1327)

  1. Turn machine on.
  2. Press SETUP
  3. Press F4 (MORE SETUP) many time until you see MANUFACTURERS INFO. on the screen.
  4. Press the corresponding F key to enter the info screen.
  5. The SOFTWARE VER. field will indicate the firmware version of the machine.

HMTS NEXT:

  1. Locate the Humboldt Icon at the bottom right of the Windows taskbar. Icon may not be visible and you will need to click on the up arrow to see the icon.
  2. Right-click on the Humboldt icon and you will see the version number at the top of the pop-up menu.

HM Data Download:

  1. Open the Data Download software.
  2. Select the Help tab.
  3. Click the About button. The software version will be in the About window.

HMTS (Legacy):

  1. Open the HMTS software.
  2. Click Help  About. The software version will be in the About window.

Gauge Report:

  1. Open the Gauge Report software.
  2. The software version will be displayed at the top of the Gauge Report window in brackets.
