Humboldt’s HCM-3250 Series Concrete Compression Machines are built to be one of the strongest machines in their class, and are able to handle even the harshest testing regimen with ease. American-built, the HCM-3250 features a rigid, steel-welded load frame with four-inch thick upper and lower crossheads and a large, seven-inch diameter ram. The load frame is manufactured with structural steel, side members, and solid steel crossheads, which utilize a wrap-around box construction where each corner is fully-welded on both the inside and outside crosshead seams. This provides the rugged stability needed for accurate and repeatable test results year after year.
HCM-3250 compression machines come configured ready-to-test 6" x 12" concrete cylinders. In addition to the use of optional spacers and accessories, the machines can be configured to test 2" x 4", 3" x 6", and 4" x 8" cylinders, beams, 2-inch cement cubes, as well as splitting and tensile-strength tests.
Available with either a manual pump and digital display (HCM-5090) or an automatic pump and digital controller (HCM-5080). Manual and automatic machines are offered in 120V and 220V. Manual Pump load frames are offered with a .5hp or .75hp pump, and the automatic machine includes a 1hp pump. The Hydraulic pumps and digital indicators are positioned on the right side of the compression machine for easy access, increased productivity, and safer operation.
HCM-3250 machines are also available with automatic controller and pump configurations featuring Humboldt’s HCM-5080 Automatic Pump and Controller System, delivering one of the most versatile, accurate, and user-friendly concrete compression machine controllers available today.
